The aim of this study was to compare total phenolic content (TPC), radical-scavenging activity (RSA), anthocyanin (TAC), sugar and polyphenolic profiles two apple cultivars (‘Discovery’ ‘Red Aroma Orelind’) from organic integrated production systems in climatic conditions Western Norway.
